If you're new, you can place your order now - then we'll just need to get impressions (casts) of your ears:

- ◦ Out of town? We’ll help you find a clinic for ear impressions after you order.
- ◦ Prefer to come in first? Book a time and come in for no charge. Check out the earplugs and ask questions before deciding.
VCEP Custom Earphones ship in 4 weeks from when we get your impressions. Shipping charges applied at checkout.
We ship all products worldwide.
We will modify or remake an earphone within 90 days if it does not fit correctly, is uncomfortable, if we made a manufacturing error.
We will repair or remake an earmold within 3 years if it breaks, cracks, or splits, due to manufacturing defect, or material failure. The following are not covered under the 3-Year Earmold Material Warranty: Style changes, material changes, colour changes, lost earmolds, fit issues, cords, anchors, filters, drivers, or cables.
We will repair/replace electronics including drivers or radio accessories within 2 years due to defects or component failure. The following are not included under the 2-Year Electronics Warranty: Earphone and Monitor cables, filters, water, moisture, or wax damage.

If you’re local, you’ll book a FREE appointment at our Surrey or Burnaby clinic. KIds and adults welcome!
*All local ear impressions are performed by a licensed Hearing Professional (included for FREE with all custom earplug purchases from us.)
