Your earplugs are built to last. If they crack, tear, or fail due to material or manufacturing issues within 3 years, we’ll replace them — no questions asked.
We stand behind all of our custom earplugs. If anything feels off, just reach out. We’ll quickly make adjustments to ensure they’re the perfect fit for you. If you’re still not satisfied after that, we’ll gladly refund your purchase within 30 days - no hassle, no fine print.
If you lose your earplugs within 1 year of purchase, we’ll remake them once at 40% off the current product price.

Remaking a pair still requires the same high-quality materials, skilled labor, and full production time as your original set. It’s not a quick copy-and-paste.

How to Order
All custom tips start with impressions (casts) of your ears and a compatibility assessment of your specific earbuds.
We evaluate each order on a case-by-case basis because everyone's ears are different, and earbud designs vary significantly. Before we begin, we assess your ear anatomy, your specific earbud model, and how they'll work together to ensure a proper fit. We only move forward if we're confident you'll get excellent results.
If you've ordered in the past five years, we already have your impressions on file - but we'll still need to verify compatibility with your current earbuds.
