A custom pilot mold is an earpieces shaped to your ear for use with a compatible aviation headset.

Made from an impression of your outer ear and ear canal, it provides a personalized fit for pilots and air traffic controllers who wear communication headsets for extended periods.

Each receiver-style mold includes an adjustable bar for attaching and positioning your headset’s boom microphone. A plastic sound tube connects to the headset receiver and carries audio directly into your ear canal.

Designed around your ear’s contours, the custom fit helps keep the earpiece comfortable and secure during use.
