We stand behind the fit of your Drifters. If anything feels off within the first year — for any reason — we’ll fix or replace them at no cost. Your comfort and seal are fully guaranteed, so you can sleep easy knowing we’ve got you covered.
Your earplugs are built to last. If they crack, tear, or fail due to material or manufacturing issues within 3 years, we’ll replace them — no questions asked.
Once you get your Drifters, you’ll have 30 nights to make sure they’re feeling great. If something feels off, we just ask that you give us a chance to make it right — adjustments are quick, and we’ll make sure you’re comfortable. If after that you're still not happy, we’ll refund your money. No hassle, no fine print.

Are Drifters covered by my health insurance?
Some insurance plans do cover custom hearing protection, especially if they explicitly list it or offer a Health Spending Account. We’ve also seen success with reimbursement under extended benefits.
That said, most insurance coverage for “audiology” is focused on hearing aids, which are classified as medical devices. Custom earplugs like Drifters aren’t typically considered medical devices and may not be covered under standard audiology services.
We don’t offer direct billing, but we can provide an itemized receipt listing them as “Custom Hearing Protection,” along with our license number from the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC — which may help with your claim.
Will they stay in all night?
Yes! Drifters are custom molded to fit your unique ear shape, so they stay securely in place — no popping out, no slipping, even if you toss and turn.
Are they comfortable for side sleeping?
Absolutely. Drifters are specifically designed for side sleepers, with a soft, low-profile fit that stays comfortable all night without pressure or digging.
What if I have very small or unusual ears?

How long will it take to get my orders?
Once we receive your ear impressions — whether taken by us or sent to us — your Drifters will ship within three weeks. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as they ship. Delivery typically takes 1–3 days within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, 3–5 days elsewhere in Canada, about two weeks to the U.S., and 2–3 weeks for international destinations.
