For Custom Earplugs and VCEP Custom Earphones
At Vancouver Custom Earplugs, we stand behind everything we make. If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
90-Day Earplug Fit Guarantee
Break-in Period:
Give your ears about two weeks to adjust. Use the included lubricant (petroleum jelly) to make insertion easier and more comfortable.
If it doesn’t fit, we’ll fix it:
We’ll modify or remake your earplugs within 90 days to address fit, comfort, or manufacturing issues.
Every pair is handmade.
Slight differences in colour or shape are normal — that’s part of what makes them yours.
3-Year Earmold Warranty
We guarantee against cracks, splits, or breaks caused by material or manufacturing defects for 3 years.
Does not cover:
- Style or material change
- Lost plugs, cords, anchors, filters, or cables
2-Year Electronics & Radio Accessory Warranty
For custom earphones and radio accessories:
We cover driver and component failures for 2 years.
Not covered:
- Earphone cables
- Water, wax, or moisture damage
1-Year AquaSafe Membrane Warranty
The AquaSafe Pro waterproof membrane is covered for 1 year.
Punctures from sharp objects or careless handling are not covered.
We include instructions to help you keep them in great shape.
What’s Not Covered
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Cables, filters, and other accessories (except for arrival DOA)
