Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long does it take to get my custom earplugs?
Once we have your impressions, your earplugs will ship out in about three weeks. Need them faster? We offer a 7-day rush service for $75.
What does the price include?
For our custom earplugs, the price includes your earplugs, the ear impressions, and any support or adjustments you might need before or after. However, impressions are not included if you're ordering earplugs or IEMs from third-party manufacturers like Ultimate Ears.
Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. Everything we do is by appointment only - no walk-ins. You can book online, email us, or give us a call. Appointments take about 30 minutes, and we run on time so your schedule stays on track.
Can I use my insurance or benefits to cover the cost?
Some insurance plans cover custom earplugs, some don’t. We don’t bill insurance directly, but we can provide an invoice and a referral letter if needed. It’s best to check with your provider first.
Do you ship earplugs or do I have to pick them up?
We ship all earplugs directly to you. If you’d prefer to pick them up locally, just let us know - we’re happy to arrange that.
How long do custom earplugs last?
Most people get 4–5 years (or more) out of their custom earplugs. Some choose to refresh or replace them around the 5–6 year mark, especially with daily use.
What if they don’t fit properly?
We take your fit seriously. If your plugs don’t fit right, we’ll adjust or remake them - quickly and locally. No long waits, no hassle. We’re here to make sure you’re fully happy with them.
Are custom earplugs better than regular earplugs?
Yes - hands down. They’re more comfortable, last longer, and provide the best protection. Plus, with swappable filters, you get the perfect balance of protection and clarity for your specific needs.
