Instead of dealing with file uploads, manufacturer instructions, compatibility questions, or back-and-forth emails, simply place your IEM order and send us your order number. We’ll take care of the rest.

This service includes:

• Professional digital scan preparation
• STL file organization and manufacturer submission
• Coordination with your IEM manufacturer if needed
• Assistance with resubmissions or rescans if required
• Secure digital archiving of your ear impressions
• A copy of your STL files for your personal records

As an added benefit, you’re also welcome to book a complimentary follow-up visit with us after receiving your IEMs if you’d like help assessing fit, seal, comfort, or insertion.
